Here you will find all the information you might need about how to order in our Scandinavian online shop.

Payment Methods:

PayPal: Easily shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

You can also pay through PayPal with all major credit cards: Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We guaranty that your credit card will be charged only once for the amount of an order.

The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped:

As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds but your card will not be charged yet. The actual payment occurs when the order is dispatched.  We will send you a notification e-mail.

Payment Security:

We use PayPal for handling the payments. Every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 3.0 or higher with an encryption key length of 168-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Privacy:

We ask you for the following information only for processing your order: Your name, your address, phone number and your e-mail address. This information is saved and kept safely for 5 years before deleting it.

We will never share your information with anybody else.

Statutory Rules:

Transactions with Fabulous Goose are made in Danish or English. When you shop at fabgoose.com, you are protected by Danish law. Danish statutory rules on terms of purchase and contract apply to all transactions between you as a customer and Fabulous Goose. This is also the case if you live outside of Denmark.

Fabulous Goose cannot be held legally responsible for anything other than what follows Danish statutory rules.

Prices & VAT:

Purchasing on fabgoose.com is reserved for end consumers.

All prices listed at fabgoose.com are current retail prices, including 25% Danish VAT. Costs of delivery are not included.

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) with an option to see prices in Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kroner (SEK) or Dollars (USD).

For orders delivered to EU countries 25 % Danish VAT will be included. Goods delivered outside of the EU are exempted from VAT.

The exemption process happens automatically during the check-out when the recipient country is chosen.

Please, note that orders delivered outside EU may be charged local import taxes in your home country. However, Fabulous Goose cannot be held responsible for this.

Fabulous Goose cannot be held responsible for currency fluctuation or currency exchange fees your bank may charge when exchanging other currencies to Euro (EUR).

Charges for delivery will be added to ordered goods. You can find delivery rates in the Shipping section below.

In order to avoid export issues and delivery delays, the products and prices listed on the invoice must match the actual contents of your package. Therefore, unfortunately we are not able to modify the invoice which have already been issued.

Shipping:

We deliver around the world*.

Flat shipping rates:

Costs of delivery will be calculated automatically and added to the total price before the order is placed.

Deliveries to DK, SE, FI, DE, NL, BE, LUX, UK: 13,75 €

Deliveries within EU and to Norway and USA: 15,75 €

Deliveries to the rest of the World: 25,75 €

Please, note that:

–     The delivery address of your order must be the same as the country in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

–       Please, provide a valid phone number during the checkout as both UPS and FedEx require a phone number to the recipient.

–     For security reasons we cannot change the shipping address for you once the order has been placed.

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions:
*At this time we are unable to ship orders to some of the countries, General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled.

If your country is not on the list of the shipping destinations in drop down menu at the checkout, please, contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Estimated Delivery Time:

You will also receive an e-mail as soon as the package is shipped with a tracking number so that you can follow your shipment.

All the orders are shipped only with reliable curries: UPS or FedEx. Please, remember to provide a phone number during the checkout so your shipment can be booked with one of these providers.

We ship on all working days and no later than 3 business days from you have placed your order (unless one of the items from your order is in back order).

Estimated shipping time:
Within Denmark and Sweden: 1-2 working days
To EU countries and Norway: 1-6 working days
Outside The European Union: 5-10 working days

We do our best to make sure that your shipment will reach the destination on time, but some delays can occur that are outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds:

Of course you can change your mind about a product and can get a refund.
From the day in which the order is delivered, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your FabGoose product.

Please, note that only unused items in original packaging with labeling will be accepted for a refund. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Here’s how to return:

–    Please, pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and enclose your receipt with your name and address  and send it to the address stated below. We offer a full refund on the items bought, but shipping costs also for returning your purchase are not refundable. Please, keep a copy of your return-shipping receipt. FabGoose is not liable for packages lost in return shipping.

–     Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

Refunds:
We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on:

Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation e-mail.

If you want to return a gift:
If the order was paid with PayPal or a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund a different account.

Reclamation:

All FabGoose products are of very high quality and we are proud that we get only 1 to 2 reclamation per year.

If the product you have bought has a mistake or defects, please send us an email to infor@fabgoose.com with a description of the defect.

Depending on the situation, we will offer to repair the item, exchange it, or offer a full or partial refund – in other words we will find a solution that will be best for you.

Please contact us as soon as you discover the defect. And of cause in case of refund we will also refund your return shipping when you provide us with the shipping receipt or will send you a prepaid return label. We do not accept returned items sent as cash on delivery.

Problems or change in quality caused by wrong care cannot be refunded. Care instructions for each of our products are provided in a product description and in a product packaging.

Stock:

In general, all products in the web shop will be in stock. On rare occasions, a title or few may be sold out. If this is the case, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible, and no later than 2 days after having received your order.

If your order consists of more than one product, and an item is sold out, we will reach out to you and ask if we should send the items we do have in stock and hold a back order on the rest. Your back order will of course be posted free of delivery charges as soon as we have it in stock again.

Can I pay with using my credit or debit card?

Of cause, in PayPal you just chose the payment option with a credit card. All major credit cards are accepted: Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I'd like to send my order as a gift, can you do gift wrapping?

We will be happy to do it for you. Just leave a note about it during the check-out process.

We will make sure to enhance your gift by beautiful wrapping that will make receiving it a pleasure.

Do you ship internationally?

Of cause. Your order will be quickly and safely delivered by most reliable couriers: FedEx or UPS directly to your door.

How will my order be delivered?

We know how busy you are and we want that it should be convenient for you to receive your FabGoose order. Therefore, all orders are delivered directly to your door. No driving, no waiting time in line at the local post office.
You can use the shipping notification emails to schedule or reschedule the delivery or agree with the carrier where to place the package if you are not at home.

Where do you produce your products?

We produce our products in Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
